Emmer, one of nature’s original wheats, is one of our two rare wheats that has survived unchanged since the first time agriculture was started in the Fertile Crescent 10,000 years ago. We carefully store, plant, harvest Emmer seeds and turn them into flour in our stone mill on the farm. It is rich in amino acids, iron, minerals and protein. With traditional processing methods suitable for the nature of the wheat, its nutritional values \u200b\u200bare preserved and a hazelnut-like aroma is obtained.
