You can return the product(s) you wish to return by sending them back within 14 days from the date of receipt, without damaging the product, opening the package, or compromising its resale condition.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, box, and documents, and in complete and undamaged condition.

Returns will not be accepted for products whose original packaging/box has been damaged or that have lost their resale condition.

Additionally, the right to return cannot be used for products that are perishable or have passed their expiration date.
