The first known establishment date of Sultançiftliği, located in the fertile plain lands of the coastal town of Silivri, in a rich biodiversity area, is the pre-Republic period, the 1860s. In 1983, it came under the protection of the current family. Today; It is a modern farm business with SME status, various local and foreign accreditations, where tradition is preserved. The 2nd generation representative and manager is a woman.
Organic agriculture has been practiced for nearly 25 years. There are agroecology, agro-forestry, food forest areas, greenhouses, and a rain harvesting system.
The ancient and local wheat varieties that we grow on our farm are an important part of our mission to protect and develop agricultural biodiversity. Our main products are to create value, to produce grain and oil-based local sunflower. The production, which is certified by the ECOCERT inspection organization in the EOS and TR organic standards, is processed in our stone mill in the ISO Quality standard. All our production is located in a single center. Therefore, there is no food loss or carbon footprint due to the transfer of products.

Bio Stone Mill Facility
Our warehouses and mill production facility are located within the farm and managed from a single center. Thus, food waste and carbon emission production caused by transportation are prevented.
Our agricultural production and business are certified by the ECOCERT inspection organization according to EOS (Ecocert European Organic Standard) and TR (Turkish Organic Agriculture Regulations). Our modern facility is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 certified.
MALVA Single Origin Organic Whole Einkorn Flour and Organic Whole Kavılca Flour contain high digestible protein. It is rich in minerals and amino acids. Single origin organic certified wheat is stored in our historical warehouse and ground in our Stone mill with traditional methods and modern understanding.

Certificates



In order for a product to be labeled as organic, it must have been inspected by a control organization that complies with the organic agriculture regulation in force in that country. ECOCERT is an organization authorized by official authorities and specialized in organic food certification. The controls carried out on our farm cover all areas such as fields, seeds, fertilizers, agricultural practices, storage areas, processing and labeling, etc. In accordance with the TR and EOS regulations, Sultançiftliği, a grain producer and operator, is visited once a year for an announced and once for an unannounced inspection and laboratory analysis. It is subject to sample collection processes.
Organic Agriculture and Food controls are also carried out annually by engineers from the Ministry of Agriculture.


ISO 9001 2015 is a document that is deemed appropriate and necessary for the provision of international products and services. Basically; It has main benefits such as reducing corporate and financial losses with risk management, benefiting from opportunities at the highest level and increasing customer satisfaction and preferability accordingly and ensuring the continuity of product-service compliance with legal requirements. It allows for increasing sustainability and permanence.
ISO 22000 2018 Certificate; It is a Food Safety Management System. It documents that food safety is provided by the food producer, production house, processing-transportation-storage activities, packaging and retail sales place. Hazard analysis aims to determine and control the factors that may negatively affect food safety at all stages of the production chain. It is a certificate that is also required for international food trade.
