We are the bio growers of the ancient Fertile Crescent’s local wheat varieties: the world’s oldest and original wheat:  Eincorn and Emmer. All our production takes place in our own fields in Silivri, Thrace region, at the Northwest of Turkey. In our single origin, ecological  production, no pesticides are involved. We produce flour from our wheat product in the stone mill located in our historical warehouse.

The use of artisan techniques, such as low temperatures processng and the separatation of  the flour only from the coarse bran, ensure the preservation of the vital essence of the wheat.
